This front torsion key will lower a 4x4 by repositioning the torsion bar without losing the use of the 4-wheel utility. Key is designed to fit 1999 - 2004 Chevy/GMC, 4-wheel drive, 1/2-ton light duty trucks. It is adjustable so you can dial in a 1" to 3" drop.

Easy to Install with the right tools.
I did find a 2-jaw 7-ton gear puller in town for only $55! Once I lifted the front end off the ground, I sprayed the factory keys down with penetrating lube, then applied the puller to the key. Knock the bar out with a large hammer and something that fits in that roughly 1" diameter hole just behind the key. I used some 1/2" conduit tubing. The Belltech keys aren't labeled for left or right side. Just line up the keys, and see which one has the proper rotation angle to lower the truck. Only problem is that these will almost max out your camber adjustment when you go in for alignment.
