Worked better than expected
I installed these on a 1997 Astro/Safari Conversion van. I have the added "high top" as well as a ton of interior wood trim, so the rear of teh van is much heavier than a stock unit. I bought the van used and the rear has always sagged, and when I load 6 adults and some luggage, it was undriveable.
I installed these myself in an hour, both sides. Ride height is restored to what I would call equal to a stock Astro/Safari when new. Ride and handling are MUCH improved and I can drive without bottoming out while loaded.
These added 2000lbs of extra capacity, I would HIGHLY recommend these for towing or for a regularly loaded van and ESPECIALLY a conversion van!

Nice shocks
I do a bit of light towing, a pop-up in the summer and snowmachines in the winter, so put these on my two rigs and they work really well at maintaining the ride height of both my vehicles. Got them for about 40 bucks cheaper from Amazon versus my local auto parts store.
Shocks work great
Bought the coil sensa-trac shocks. Not that hard to install on 99 Astro Van. Immediate improvement when hitting big bumps or even turning. It's not going to stop swap, it's a van. Coils will go a long way to preventing bottoming out with a load.
