Blower Motor Assembly

Fits but noisy
The assembly fits well, but is much more noisy than the original. In fact, I had to turn up the radio to hear over the blower.

Fits perfectly, blows air
This part snapped right in, plugged into the factory wiring, and worked perfectly. Note that there are no fasteners involved; you depress a tab and rotate the old one out. The replacement slides in and snaps into place with a quarter-turn.
