If you purchased or built a long arm kit for a TJ or XJ and it didn't come with new sway bar mounts for the axle, then this is the item for you. This new weld on axle sway bar mount moves the OE sway bar mounting location up 2" from the axle to ensure the steering won't hit the sway bar mount. In most long arm kits on the market you will find that the inner tie rod end will hit the passenger side OE sway bar mount at full droop when turning. Jeep Issue
excellent for my Jeep cherokee XJ, after lift it more than 6" high, using heavy duty currie enterprise steering link system, had problem with stock sway bar mounts, simple buy this kit and cut off the old mounts, it will raise the new sway bar mounts up to avoid the steering system problem, it will solve the plm when you try to steer to right at full droop rock crawling, it clear out without hitting the mounts with steering tie rod. Excellent!!!
