this pa body lift came on time with all parts ... easy to install and defenitly recomend this product...just dont drill a hole in ur radiator like i did trying to install new brackets..

Jeep Issue
excellent for my Jeep cherokee XJ, after lift it more than 6" high, using heavy duty currie enterprise steering link system, had problem with stock sway bar mounts, simple buy this kit and cut off the old mounts, it will raise the new sway bar mounts up to avoid the steering system problem, it will solve the plm when you try to steer to right at full droop rock crawling, it clear out without hitting the mounts with steering tie rod. Excellent!!!

This 7/8" solid ring is supported by 5/8" solid steel rod that is all attached to a 1/4" steel plate. Easy to install, Great look, Not hard at all to install
This is an easy do it yourself project. I did mine on a 98-TJ Wrangler. I am not a pro, just able to do the basics like tune-ups and water-pumps, but after a few youtube videos, I took on this project. I gave myself two days to complete it, but with the simplicity of this package and the few tricks below, I was complete in under 7 hours. I wish i could post a picture here as it really turns out great. The instructions could have been a bit better/clearer, but they do work. The first wheel takes a bit but they do get faster as you go: I did the last wheel in under 1 hr.

Tricks to think about:
1) Borrow/rent a set of strut/spring compressors from your local auto-parts. Get the ones for struts as they go on the outside of the spring. The ones for coil-springs are designed to go inside and I can't see them working too well.
2) Most important...Make sure you have two jacks if you do not have a lift (and jack stands - amazon has a great set for under $50 -...

Good product, good support, bad installation.
This product serves its purpose. Many people have no issues with it, but I'm a perfectionist, and I must point out some problems.

First, the instructions are WRONG. No radiator drain is necessary.. no welding of the t-case linkage is needed.. most of the stuff they have you doing is 100% precautionary for issues that most likely never will arise. It is NOT necessary to remove a fan shroud in order to trim it. A hot knife will cut it just laying down underneath it. Honestly though, you're better off just removing the fan. It does nothing in the Dakotas.

Second off.. the steering shaft extension. It's not set up right. It just extends the yoke, making the u-joint unsupported, and causing play in the steering wheel. No matter how tight it is.. there will never be good steering.

I personally manufactured my own shaft to fix this problem, and have overcome several other issues raised by this kit in my own way... but for the normal people, this kit will be...

Performance Acc. 3" dodge ram lift
This body lift was fairly easy to install. Some of the instrustions and parts in the kit didn't apply to my truck. If you have mechanical ability an know how it is easy to work through these minor issues.All in all a great kit for the price.
